LONDON 2012

Joshua helped deliver the print and marketing collateral for the 2012 games, from educational programmes to the torch relay. The challenge with every project was to always make sure that they held the energy and passion that the brand was designed to illustrate. 

 

A major project at this time was ‘Stories of the World’, the 2nd project of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad. The project was developed by LOCOG in partnership with the Museums, Libraries and Archives organisations. The brief was to create a connection across as many museums and galleries in the UK as possible. Each venue created an exhibition that featured work chronicling how other parts of the world have impacted on its local area. The project was designed to welcome the world to Britain by using our rich collections to tell inspirational stories about the UK’s relationships with the world.
